Job Description
About the Role We are looking for a dependable Mover/ Packer to join our team. In this position, you will assist with packing, loading, transporting, and unloading customers' household belongings during residential moves. The ideal candidate is reliable, punctual, and available to work long hours in a fast-paced environment. You must be able to work in a drug-free workplace, maintain dependable attendance, and present a clean, professional appearance at all times. This position requires frequent heavy lifting and extended periods of standing, so good physical fitness is essential. Minimum Qualifications Ability to safely lift and move heavy household items and furniture Physically capable of standing for extended periods and working long shifts Reliable attendance and strong punctuality Ability to work well as part of a team Comfortable working in a drug-free environment Professional appearance and good personal hygiene Preferred Qualifications Previous experience with residential moving or furniture delivery Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment Responsibilities Pack, wrap, load, and unload customers' household belongings Safely transport furniture, boxes, appliances, and other household items Keep work areas, trucks, and equipment clean and organized Answer customer questions and communicate professionally throughout the move Work closely with team members to complete moves safely, efficiently, and on schedule Skills As a Mover/ Packer , you will use your strength, teamwork, and communication skills every day to provide excellent moving services. You should also be comfortable using basic moving equipment and hand tools while handling multiple tasks in a busy environment. Previous moving experience is preferred but not required.
