Residential House Cleaner - Stress Less Cleaning LLC Part-Time to Full-Time Opportunity Stress Less Cleaning LLC is a small, growing cleaning business dedicated to delivering consistent, high-quality service to our clients in Palatine and many nearby areas. We value reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic . We are seeking detail-oriented, trustworthy, and reliable individuals to join our residential cleaning crew. This is an active, hands-on role, perfect for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in their results, and communicates well with clients and teammates. What We Offer Hourly pay starting at $19-$20/hr, with performance-based raises Weekly pay (W-2 employee) Mileage reimbursement for travel between jobs Flexible weekday schedule (Business hours Monday-Friday, between 8:00am-5:00pm) No nights, weekends, or holidays (occasional extra hours may be offered, never required) Paid training to ensure you feel confident in the role Opportunity for full-time hours Occasional cash tips from clients Supportive team environment Requirements Reliable personal vehicle (with valid driver's license & insurance — dependable transportation and punctuality are extremely important for this role) Pass a background check Excellent communication skills and professionalism with clients and co-workers Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions consistently Ability to lift, bend, kneel, and be on your feet for extended periods (this is really important!) Comfortable working independently once trained Job Duties Clean homes thoroughly and efficiently according to company standards Scrub and sanitize bathrooms and kitchens Vacuum, mop, dust, and wipe down surfaces Clean inside appliances and cabinets as needed Keep cleaning supplies organized and well-maintained Communicate any issues, supply needs, or schedule changes to your supervisor promptly Perform detailed, high-quality cleaning beyond basic surface-level tidying Maintain respectful and professional behavior in clients' homes at all times Locations Include but are not limited to: Palatine, Hoffman Estates, Schaumburg, Lake Zurich, Hawthorn Woods, Arlington Heights, Buffalo Grove, Wheeling, Glenview, Jefferson Park, Mundelein, Wauconda Ideal Candidate This role is for someone who: Is reliable and punctual Works well without direct supervision Has a positive, can-do attitude Takes pride in their work and aims for quality every time Notices small details and takes initiative We are looking for someone who is kind, dependable, communicative, and takes genuine pride in helping homes feel clean, calm, and cared for.
