We're looking for reliable, detail-oriented cleaning contractors to join our on-call roster for move-out and move-in apartment flips and unit turnovers. White Glove Cleaning & Janitorial Services is hiring on-call move-out and move-in cleaning contractors in the Rockford, IL area. We are a faith-based commercial cleaning company that has served the Rockford community with excellence since 1998. In this role, you will be responsible for deep cleaning vacant apartment units between tenants — including kitchens, bathrooms, floors, appliances, cabinets, baseboards, and windows. Jobs are located in Rockford and surrounding areas including Mt. Morris, Genoa, Byron, and Pecatonica within a 30-mile radius. This is an on-call position. We contact you when a unit is available, typically 1-2 jobs per week. You must be available at least 1-2 days per week with schedule flexibility.

Please note:

if you decline 2 jobs in a row, you will be removed from our active roster. Pay is $22/hour with a $25 fuel reimbursement for jobs outside of Rockford, Loves Park, and Machesney Park. This is a 1099 independent contractor position — you are responsible for your own taxes. You will need to have your own transportation, Insurance, and be able to pass a background check and a drug test. No Felonies or Misdemeanors. We are looking for reliable, self-sufficient individuals who take pride in their work and represent our company with professionalism. Previous cleaning experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right person. A background check is required. Must be 18 or older with reliable transportation.
