® in Fort Wayne is now hiring Drivers! If you're looking for a fast-paced, team-oriented job with strong earning potential, this is the opportunity for you. This is our busiest season of the year, meaning: More hours More moves More interstate opportunities More tips Drivers start at $22/hour, with additional earning opportunities through: Interstate move commissions Daily tips Performance-based growth opportunities Some top drivers earn the equivalent of $35-$40+/hour during peak season when tips and commissions are included.
IMPORTANT
This is NOT a "sit and drive" position. Drivers are expected to safely move furniture and perform physical labor alongside their team throughout the day.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Drive a 26-ft automatic box truck Safely move, pack, and protect customer belongings Work closely with a team to complete moves efficiently Provide excellent customer service Complete truck inspections and paperwork
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Valid driver's license
REQUIRED
20+ years old Safe driving record Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly Reliable, energetic, and team-oriented Customer service mindset Experience in moving, warehouse, construction, landscaping, delivery driving, or general labor is helpful — but not required. We hire for attitude and work ethic and provide paid training.
