Job Description

Installer Lin-Ian Metals (Guam) Corp We are seeking a reliable and motivated Installer to join our team full-time. Our company specializes in aluminum construction materials, including doors, windows, typhoon shutter, and railing. The ideal candidate will assist with daily warehouse operations and help with on-site installation at customer locations.
Responsibilities:
Load and unload aluminum materials and products efficiently and safely Organize, stock, and maintain warehouse inventory Prepare and pack orders accurately for delivery or installation Assist with installation of aluminum doors, windows, typhoon panels, and other construction materials at job sites Maintain a clean and safe work environment Assist with deliveries or pickups as needed
Requirements:
Valid driver's license (required) Must be punctual, dependable, and willing to learn Ability to lift and move heavy materials safely Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills Previous warehouse or installation experience preferred, but not required
Compensation:
Hourly rate will be reviewed and adjusted based on performance after three months
