Reliability is a must
  • the technicians who make the most money here show up every day. After training, you'll clean 1-2 houses a day, depending on your availability. We will build a client list based on an availability schedule that you set before you graduate. You will have a standard rotation of the same clients, giving you the chance to build rapport and routine
  • making your job easier over time.
This job is physically demanding but great for people who would rather die than sit at a desk all day. It requires emotional intelligence, but it is also physically, emotionally, and financially rewarding. If you've managed other people, you'll like it here because you only have to manage yourself. You will have access to all the supplies, equipment, training, resources, and support you need to be successful. Once trained, you will be expected to have what you need on your jobsites, manage your own time, and ask for help if you need it. A successful RCT is highly motivated, friendly, and has excellent written and verbal communication skills. The MOST successful RCTs are passionate about making a difference in people's lives and love working every day to find new ways of connecting with and wowing their clients. They are committed to learning a trade, enjoy gaining new skills, and understand the importance of building a relationship with clients.
Prerequisites:
(Required) Must have own driver's license and reliable transportation (I can't bring houses to you!) (Required) Must have a plan for dependents

Education and Experience:
Required:
2-3 years of customer service experience: retail and restaurant count for a lot around here!
Required:
must be able to pass a background check Always appreciated: cleaning experience, management experience , some college. Being a stay at home caretaker for family also counts here

Interest in personal growth Working Conditions No adverse environmental conditions—we work in air conditioning and heat! Must be able to utilize respiratory equipment, including wearing a fabric mask on required job sites. We work with immunocompromised clients. Must be able to bend, reach overhead, lift, carry up to 35 lbs regularly, walk, stand for hours at a time, stoop, and kneel; full range of motion required. Ability to work on stepstools and ladders.
Compensation During Trainee Period:
$16 per hour
