We are currently hiring for two separate positions: Moving Crew Members and Packing Crew Members. Applicants may apply for the position that best matches their interests and strengths. Packing Crew Members focus on professionally wrapping, boxing, labeling, and protecting customer belongings for transport. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and take pride in careful, quality work. Moving Crew Members assist with loading, unloading, carrying, and transporting furniture, boxes, and household goods. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, teamwork, and a fast-paced environment. At ILS Relocation, you'll help complete residential and commercial relocations throughout Kentucky, including secured facilities, military bases, and gated communities. Every day is hands-on, team-oriented, and different. Whether you're part of the Moving Crew or Packing Crew, you'll play an important role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. We're a veteran-owned company built on reliability, teamwork, and respect for hard work. No prior experience is required—we provide paid training and the support needed to succeed. Many of our team members started with no experience and advanced into lead, driver, warehouse, and management positions.

Reliable personal transportation is required to report to our Louisville, KY facility.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Packing Crew Members Wrap, pack, box, and label customer belongings Protect furniture, artwork, electronics, and fragile items Organize packed items for safe transport Follow packing standards and quality procedures Maintain an organized work area and inventory of packing materials Moving Crew Members Load and unload furniture, boxes, and household goods safely Carry and move furniture, appliances, and other items Assist with residential and commercial relocations Use moving equipment and materials properly Work efficiently with crew members to complete moves safely and on time
YOU'LL BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU
Are 18+ years old with a valid Real ID driver's license Can pass a background check and drug screening (required for base access) Have reliable transportation to Louisville, KY Can safely lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and remain active throughout the day Enjoy physical, hands-on work in a fast-paced environment Communicate professionally and work well as part of a team Are dependable, punctual, and customer-focused Are available to work full shifts when scheduled Are ready to start immediately or within the week
