Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Mover/Staging Assistant and become a vital part of creating seamless, stress-free staging experiences for our clients. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for safely handling, wrapping/unwrapping, loading/unloading, and setting up furniture and and decor, ensuring each item is transported with care and precision. Your enthusiasm and strong work ethic will help us deliver exceptional service while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. While assisting with residential staging, you'll play a key role in helping clients transition smoothly selling their exisiting properties. Duties Safely wrap, unwrap, load, unload, and transport furniture, bins of fragile accessories, and artwork Assist with staging homes by arranging furniture and decor, and hanging artwork, to showcase properties effectively Load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols and proper lifting techniques Support route driving responsibilities for staging and removing staging using box trucks or similar vehicles Collaborate with team members to organize items for efficient staging ensuring accuracy and care during handling Maintain cleanliness of work areas, trucks, and warehouse to promote safety and efficiency Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally and respectfully with clients during staging and staging removals Requirements Prior experience in warehouse work or moving services preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidates Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the day Valid driver's license with experience operating box trucks or similar commercial vehicles Ability to take direction and communicate well with stager, including check ins with stager about location or arrival times Ability to remember location of furniture in warehouse, i.e. where all couches are located, where all accent chairs are location, where all mirrors are located Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor Ability to follow safety procedures diligently and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Join us to be part of a team committed to delivering outstanding staging solutions!
