Job Description
Cleaning Specialist ✨ Join our team! We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in providing exceptional residential cleaning services.
Requirements:
- Must have your own reliable vehicle, as you will be driving between multiple job sites throughout the day.
- Must have a valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Must have a smartphone to access schedules and communicate with the office.
- Daytime weekday hours only (no evenings or weekends required).
- Previous residential cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and frequently bend, squat, kneel, reach, and stand throughout the workday.
- Must be comfortable working in homes with pets.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
- Must have excellent attention to detail and be able to follow cleaning checklists.
- Must provide friendly, professional customer service and work well independently and as part of a team.
