Driver/Mover/Packer

Our company is looking for Drivers with experience with packing and loading household goods. Hourly & contract work available. We are busy all year round. We are seeking hardworking and motivated individuals to join our team!

Duties and Responsibilities:

Drive and assist with the loading, transportation, and delivery of household goods, ensuring adherence to company standards and procedures. Conduct pre-trip inspections of assigned trucks, checking for damages and promptly reporting any concerns to the Operations team. Prepare thorough and accurate inventories of household contents and furniture as needed. Perform routine lifting, moving, and placement of heavy items, using manual effort or material handling equipment (e.g., hand-truck or dolly). Assist in preparing trucks for departure from the warehouse, ensuring all necessary materials are loaded (e.g., packing supplies, dollies, moving blankets, home protection kits, etc.) Provide leadership, guidance, and organization to the crew to ensure work is completed efficiently and in compliance with company standards. Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with contractual agreements. Help with warehouse tasks as needed. Represents the Company in a professional manner.

Requirements:

Must have valid driver's license Must have 1 year of verifiable moving and storage experience Must have previous experience driving 26 ft. box trucks Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 250 pounds with assistance and the use of proper equipment. No more than 1 at-fault accident in the last 3 years No more than 3 minor moving violations in the last 3 years No major violations in the last 3 years No convictions for DWI, DUI, Felony, or any drug-related offense in the last 3 years (misdemeanor 1 year) Background screening, D.O.T. physical and drug screening required for all eligible candidates We offer competitive pay and benefits.
