We are a small, accountable team that hires primarily for attitude, communication, and pride in work. We train the technical skills. If you are reliable, coachable, and want to be part of a crew where effort and professionalism matter, this role is a good fit. Key Responsibilities Install pavement markings including parking stalls, traffic markings, and warehouse safety lines Measure and perform layout accurately Operate striping equipment (training provided) Provide a professional, 5-star customer experience on job sites Maintain 5-star quality standards in all work performed Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors Complete daily job reports and document job progress Load, transport, clean, and maintain equipment and materials Qualifications Strong work ethic and positive attitude Clear communication and ability to represent the company professionally Basic math and problem-solving skills Ability to follow processes and take ownership of results Comfortable working outdoors and staying active throughout the day Layout or measuring experience Preferred (Not Required) Construction or outdoor labor experience Experience towing a trailer with a pickup truck Equipment or tool operation experience Layout or measuring experience Requirements Valid driver's license (clean driving record preferred) Ability to lift 80 lbs Ability to work early mornings, late nights and weekends. Extended days during peak summer season. Schedule Seasonal position running approximately mid-March through December. Winter layoffs are expected due to weather.
