  • Full-time Lead Mover and Packer | Caring Transitions Job Summary Lead and supervise moving and packing teams supporting senior relocation, downsizing, estate cleanouts, and home transition services.
Coordinate daily operations, ensure the safe handling of clients' belongings, and provide exceptional customer service during often sensitive life transitions. Key Responsibilities Lead crews in packing, moving, organizing, and transporting household items. Coordinate job-site activities to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule. Train and mentor team members on proper packing techniques, safety procedures, and customer service standards. Safely lift, load, unload, and transport furniture, antiques, artwork, and personal belongings. Conduct inventory tracking and ensure accurate item documentation. Communicate with clients and families in a professional, compassionate, and respectful manner. Assist with estate cleanouts, downsizing projects, home staging, and auction preparation. Inspect work quality and ensure client satisfaction throughout the transition process. Maintain moving equipment, supplies, and vehicles in safe working condition. Follow company policies and workplace safety guidelines. Qualifications Previous experience in moving, packing, logistics, relocation services, or warehouse operations. Leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to lift and move heavy objects (50-100 lbs.). Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
