Duties Safely load and unload items from trucks using proper lifting techniques and equipment such as dollies, pallet jacks, or forklifts when necessary Assist customers with moving furniture, boxes, and other belongings efficiently and carefully to prevent damage Operate commercial vehicles like box trucks or drivers' trucks to transport goods between locations Ensure all items are securely packed and properly arranged for transport to avoid shifting or damage during transit Maintain a clean and organized workspace during loading and unloading processes Follow route driving instructions accurately to ensure timely deliveries or pickups Communicate professionally with customers to confirm delivery details and address any special handling requests Qualifications Prior experience in customer service, warehouse work, or moving services is preferred but not required Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience with commercial driving or driver roles is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the shift Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual transmission vehicles is advantageous Strong physical stamina and endurance for manual labor tasks involving repetitive lifting and moving Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and interact positively with clients Knowledge of route driving practices and safety protocols for delivery drivers Embark on a rewarding career where your physical skills make a real difference!
