Fulfillment Specialist Dream Home Furniture - Waite Park, MN Dream Home Furniture is looking for a motivated and dependable Fulfillment Specialist to join our team in Waite Park, MN. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, delivering excellent customer service, and being part of a team that helps create great customer experiences from warehouse to home delivery.

Position Summary:

The Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, furniture deliveries, customer service, product assembly, and inventory organization. This position works closely with a delivery partner and plays a key role in ensuring customers receive their furniture safely, professionally, and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver furniture safely and professionally to customer homes Provide outstanding customer service during deliveries and in-store interactions Assemble furniture accurately and efficiently Receive and unload incoming truck shipments Organize and maintain warehouse inventory and cleanliness Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles Inspect products for quality and report damages or discrepancies Work collaboratively with team members to complete daily tasks Follow all company safety procedures and DOT requirements

Qualifications & Core Skills:

Friendly, positive attitude with strong customer service skills Self-starter who can work independently and stay productive Team-oriented and works well with a delivery partner Comfortable in a customer-facing role Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to lift and move heavy furniture safely Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred

Driving Requirements:

Must be able to drive a non-CDL DOT-regulated vehicle Company will pay for the required DOT Physical to obtain a valid health card Work Environment Active, fast-paced warehouse and delivery environment Frequent lifting, bending, and moving of furniture Local deliveries within the surrounding area Why Join Dream Home Furniture?
