MUST be able to safely and effectively lift/maneuver 100+ pounds regularly. We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Associate to join our family owned and operated business. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience through effective communication, product knowledge and assisting in manual installations and delivery. Physical warehouse work is also required along with daily maintenance of showroom and warehouse. This position requires a blend of physical labor as well as customer service/sales. A clean, well groomed appearance is required. Hours 11am - 5pm Monday through Friday. Every Saturday 8am to Noon. Training in all aspects of duties, daily business and delivery/installations. MUST possess a positive, go-getter self-motivated mindset. Friendly, respectful demeanor is a must! Our customers deserve the best possible service! Responsibilities Provide physical assistance with warehouse inventory and organization. Provide physical assistance with loading/unloading appliances. Provide physical assistance with delivery and installation of appliances in customer residences. Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and support during their shopping experience and during installations. Maintain accurate stock levels, ensuring that shelves are well-stocked and organized. Manage transactions effectively and ensure accurate cash handling. Exhibit good phone etiquette when addressing customer inquiries or concerns via phone. Use of basic hand tools and tool knowledge. Must safely lift/maneuver 100+ pounds. Proactive self-motivated attitude. Experience/Requirements Above average communication skills and have a self-motivated attitude. Familiarity with basic math concepts for effective transaction processing. A proactive attitude towards learning new products and providing outstanding customer service. Familiar with basic hand tools and use. Physical ability to lift/maneuver 100+ pounds effectively and safely.
