In this role, you will oversee daily moving activities, coordinate crew members, and ensure that all moves are executed safely, efficiently, and with exceptional customer service. Your leadership will drive team performance, uphold safety standards, and deliver a smooth experience for our clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage dynamic moving projects while fostering a positive team environment. Duties Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of moving crews, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely Assign responsibilities for loading, unloading, packing, and transporting household or commercial items Ensure all team members adhere to safe lifting practices, manual handling procedures, and traffic regulations during operations Oversee the operation of material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and dollies to facilitate smooth load & unload processes Manage route driving schedules for delivery trucks, including box trucks and commercial trucks, ensuring timely arrivals and departures Maintain compliance with DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and other safety standards related to commercial driving and weight handling in the workplace Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally and resolving any on-site issues promptly Monitor inventory of moving supplies and equipment, coordinating warehouse operations as needed Utilize mobile devices for route navigation, communication, and documentation during daily operations Experience Proven experience in warehouse operations or moving services with a focus on heavy lifting and manual handling Prior experience as a delivery driver or courier using box trucks or commercial trucks with manual transmission preferred Demonstrated ability to operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks safely and effectively Strong knowledge of traffic regulations, DOT requirements, and weight handling standards in a workplace setting Experience managing or supervising a moving crew or team in a fast-paced environment Customer service skills that foster positive client interactions and problem resolution Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driver's license (CDL) is a plus but not mandatory for all roles Join us as a Mover Crew Manager to lead energetic teams in delivering top-tier moving services!
