Must be able to drive box trucks 16-22' Must be able to hustle and move and install chairs and tables and tents with the crew at job sites. Must be a part of our team and we will grow and go far Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Tent Installer Truck Driver to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for safely transporting tents, materials, and equipment to various job sites while actively participating in the installation and setup of tents and related structures. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will ensure smooth operations, timely deliveries, and high-quality installations. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about construction, logistics, and hands-on work to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Duties Safely operate trucks and heavy equipment to transport tents, scaffolding, and construction materials to designated locations. Assist in the unloading, handling, and securing of tent components using hand tools and power tools. Set up, install, and secure tents on construction sites or event venues following schematics and blueprint instructions. Conduct site inspections to ensure proper placement, stability, and safety of installed tents and structures. Collaborate with team members to coordinate delivery schedules, installation timelines, and site-specific requirements. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, installations, and inspections; communicate any issues promptly. Follow all safety protocols related to construction site work, vehicle operation, and equipment handling. Skills Proven experience with construction site work, blueprint reading, and schematic interpretation. Proficiency in operating heavy machinery and power tools such as drills, saws, or welding equipment. Knowledge of construction management principles including estimating, inspection, and project coordination. Familiarity with technical skills like plumbing, electrical systems, concrete forming, masonry or roofing is a plus. Ability to read detailed schematics and technical drawings accurately. Strong understanding of safety standards related to construction sites and vehicle operation. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams.
