Job Description
Job Overview Gates Moving Company is looking for professional, clean-cut, and able movers to help facilitate our mission of providing Warrensburg Missouri and the surrounding areas with the most reliable and professional moving services around. We offer competitive pay and advancement opportunities to hard working dedicated individuals. Responsibilities Assist with packing, loading, unloading, and transporting household or commercial goods. Handle furniture, appliances, and other items with care to prevent damage. Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself, team members, and clients. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional services. Work collaboratively with the moving team to complete jobs on time and to the customers satisfaction. Maintain responsible use of company equipment, including trucks, tools, and packing materials. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including professional appearance and conduct. Experience No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided. Must be at least 18 years old. Physically able to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs or more) and perform physically demanding tasks. Valid driver's license is required. Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
