00-22.50/hour + TIPS Hidden Gem Moving LLC is a growing relocation company servicing Charlotte and surrounding areas. Not only do we specialize in packing/unpacking, loading/unloading, and staging; we specialize in punctuality, customer service, and providing top tier services. We were established in 2023, and have been growing steadily since. We are seeking strong employees, physically and mentally, who can represent our company and continue to provide outstanding experiences. We are looking for 6 independent contractors (individuals) to fill our open positions: 2 drivers, 2 full-time professional movers, and 2 part-time professional movers. Professional Movers ($18
  • 20/hour + tips): (2 full-time and 2 part-time positions)
  • All services are optional to accept or decline.
  • Able to work up to 40 hours (full-time) or 25 hours (part-time).
  • Will be on call 4-5 days (full-time) or 2-3 days a week (part-time). Driver ($20.00
  • 22.50/hour + tips): (1 full-time and 1 part-time position)
  • Must have a valid drivers license and a clean MVR. (Medical card, or CDL A or B is a plus, but not required)
  • Must be able to drive up to a 26" box truck loaded and unloaded, experience required.
  • Comfortable driving distance for possible long distance relocations. Job Requirements
  • Must stay in, or within, 45 minutes of Charlotte, NC.
  • Must be able to lift up to 150 lbs.
  • Must be able to stand, bend, and lift for long periods of time.
  • Experience as a mover or driver is required depending on the position.
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Will be hired on as a W-9 (independent contractor) with the possibility of becoming a permanent employee.
