Moving Crew & Drivers — Hiring Now Charlie Powell's Model Moves, Inc. Charlie Powell's Model Moves, Inc. is a family-owned, highly rated moving company based in Fuquay-Varina, NC, and we are currently hiring experienced movers, helpers, and drivers to join our growing team. If you have experience in the moving industry, furniture delivery, warehouse work, or general labor and are looking for consistent, well-organized work, we would love to connect with you. Our team handles residential moves from start to finish, including packing, loading, transporting, and unloading household goods with care and professionalism. What You'll Do Safely load, unload, and transport furniture and boxes. Wrap and protect items using pads, shrink wrap, and proper techniques. Disassemble and reassemble furniture as needed. Use equipment such as ramps, dollies, and straps to work efficiently and safely. Follow a clear plan for each job — all moves are pre-walked, never site unseen. Work as a team to maintain a steady, productive pace throughout the day. What We Expect We take pride in providing a high level of service, and our expectations are simple but important. Show up on time — this is our #1 requirement. Maintain a positive, can-do attitude. Communicate kindly and respectfully with clients and team members. Take care of client belongings as if they were your own. Follow direction and contribute to a strong team environment. Drivers Drivers will also be responsible for safely operating trucks in compliance with NCUC regulations and ensuring all safety standards are followed.
