In this role, you will maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards across residential and commercial properties, ensuring a safe, tidy, and inviting environment for our clients. We supply all cleaning equipment and products, reimburse your mileage, and you keep 100% of your tips! Key Responsibilities Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and high-traffic common areas. Empty trash receptacles and replace liners. Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces. Follow established cleaning schedules, safety procedures, and sanitation standards. Provide professional and courteous customer service to clients during visits.
Qualifications & Requirements Experience:
Proven experience as a Cleaner, Housekeeper, or handling laundry services preferred.
Transportation:
Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required (NCDL required only if operating company vehicles).
Skills:
Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Physical Demands:
Physical stamina to perform bending, lifting, and continuous cleaning tasks throughout the day.
Schedule:
Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, and occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
Background Check:
Must pass a clean background check.
