Overview Join our dynamic team as a Mover/Packer and become an essential part of delivering seamless moving and packing services! As a Mover/Packer, you'll be responsible for safely handling, packing, loading, and unloading items with precision and care. Your positive attitude and strong work ethic will contribute to creating a stress-free experience for our customers while maintaining a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Safely load and unload furniture, boxes, and equipment using proper lifting techniques and tools such as dollies, pallet jacks, or forklifts when necessary Pack items securely to prevent damage during transit, ensuring fragile items are properly protected Assist with disassembly and reassembly of furniture or equipment as needed for efficient transport Drive box trucks or commercial vehicles with manual transmission to deliver items to designated locations following established routes Maintain accurate documentation of items loaded and unloaded, ensuring all inventory is accounted for Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients during pickups and deliveries Collaborate with team members to organize workloads efficiently and ensure timely completion of jobs Requirements Prior warehouse experience or background in moving services is highly preferred Valid driver's license with experience driving box trucks or similar commercial vehicles; commercial driving experience is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively throughout the workday Experience operating equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks is desirable but not mandatory; training can be provided Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, lift, bend, and walk for extended periods Familiarity with route driving and delivery driver responsibilities ensures smooth transportation processes Excellent customer service skills to interact professionally with clients during moves or deliveries Join us in providing top-tier moving solutions where teamwork, safety, and customer satisfaction are at the forefront!
