Job Overview MACMOM Organizing is a professional home organizing company that helps clients create calm, functional, and beautifully organized spaces. We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and hands-on individual to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about organization, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in helping clients simplify their lives. This position involves working directly with clients on-site to declutter, organize, and implement systems that support their lifestyle. Every day is different — from transforming pantries to designing closet layouts — and teamwork is at the heart of everything we do. What You'll Do Assist with decluttering, sorting, and organizing client spaces (homes, offices, storage, etc.) Implement functional and aesthetic organizing systems tailored to each client's needs Handle client belongings with care and maintain confidentiality at all times Pack, label, and transport organizing materials as needed Maintain a clean and organized work environment during and after each project Assist with packing/unpacking projects and space refreshes Capture before-and-after photos and behind-the-scenes content (with client permission) Communicate effectively and professionally with clients and team members Basic Qualifications Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods (approximately 5-6 hours per shift) Ability to safely lift, carry, and move items of varying sizes and weights Reliable transportation to and from client locations Positive attitude, punctuality, and strong work ethic Respectful, trustworthy, and professional demeanor Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in professional organizing, home staging, or related fields (e.g., interior design, move management) Basic understanding of design, home layout, or space optimization Experience working in client homes or service-based environments Interest in growth opportunities within the company To Apply Please email your resume to Marisa at marisa@macmomorganizing.com Include "Organizing Assistant Application - [Your Name]" in the subject line.
