Competitive pay based on experience Job Overview SERVPRO is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our Contents Division as hybrid technicians specializing in both pack-out/moving services and contents/textile cleaning. This position is ideal for candidates with backgrounds in moving, house cleaning, restoration, warehouse operations, or physical labor who are flexible and ready to adapt based on daily operational needs. This role is not limited to one specific function—team members may be responsible for moving customer belongings, inventorying items, warehouse organization, detailed cleaning, textile processing, deodorization, and restoration support depending on workload demands. We are looking for versatile team players who understand that priorities shift quickly in the restoration industry, and who are willing to assist wherever needed to support customers recovering from fire, water, or mold damage. Key Responsibilities Safely pack, load, transport, and unload customer belongings during pack-outs and move-backs Operate company vehicles, including box trucks, with professionalism and care Inventory, document, and organize customer contents using company systems and technology Clean, sanitize, deodorize, and restore contents, textiles, furniture, and household goods Assist with warehouse operations, including storage organization and quality control Handle customer belongings with care, professionalism, and attention to detail Follow SERVPRO restoration and cleaning protocols Adapt daily responsibilities based on operational workload, including both field and warehouse assignments Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace Work collaboratively with managers and team members to meet production goals Follow all safety standards, PPE requirements, and company procedures Requirements Valid driver's license
