Join us and be part of the Spa and Sauna Company family. Reporting to the Lead Delivery Technician the Delivery Technician is responsible for the safe, timely, and efficient customer delivery. As well as, for the relocation of floor models and other inventory. Scope of the Position This position will deliver and relocate product and work with all departments and members of the general public and other partners for California and Nevada businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

Under the direction of the Lead Delivery Technician this position will lead the delivery team and provide a full range of delivery and product relocation duties including but not limited to: 1. Ensure deliveries include any necessary equipment and is accurate. 2. Load the delivery vehicle from a staging area using sleds, dollies, or any other necessary equipment to transport customer's product from trailer to designated area on the customer's property 3. Delivering to residential locations and commercial locations. 4. Ensure safety measure are observed. 5. Conduct positive customer relations. 6. Other related duties. Qualifications and Competencies The position will require the following qualifications, values and competencies Qualifications Must have a high school diploma with basic mechanical, electrical, and plumbing experience or training and minimum of 1 (one) year related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Require a valid and clean driver's licence. Willingness to move heavy objects, and travel to customers. Must have clean driving record. Experience driving a truck pulling a trailer is an asset. Willing to pass a company paid, medical endorsement and obtain a medical card. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities 1. Must be able to liaise with others and follow instructions. 2. Must have excellent delivery skills. 3. Must some leadership and supervisory skills. 4. Must have some general mechanical and plumbing skills. 5. Must have strong attention to detail. 6. Ability to use Microsoft Office and other software systems. 10. Ability to move heavy objects. 11. Ability to drive delivery vehicle to customer/clients - may be waived a driver is available.
