About Us Hercules Moving Heroes is a trusted local moving company based in Catskill, NY. We handle residential, commercial, and long-distance moves across the Hudson Valley with a reputation built on reliability, care, and transparent pricing. We're a small, tight-knit operation that takes quality seriously — and we're looking for someone who does too. The Role We're hiring an experienced mover who can also get behind the wheel. You'll work on-call jobs as they come in — weekends are common, weekdays vary by season. When you're on a job, you're expected to lead by example: move efficiently, protect the customer's belongings, and represent the company well. What You'll Do Load, transport, and unload household and commercial goods safely and efficiently Drive our moving truck to and from job sites (box truck, trailer, or van, no CDL required) Protect furniture and fragile items using blankets, shrink wrap, and straps Work alongside a crew and communicate clearly on the job Maintain a professional, courteous attitude with clients at all times What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of professional moving experience — this is non-negotiable Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly and work physically demanding shifts Dependable — if you're on the schedule, you show up Professional appearance and communication with clients Experience driving box trucks or large vehicles is a strong plus Compensation & Schedule $27-$32/hour based on experience On-call / as-needed — more availability means more hours Path to full-time for the right person who proves themselves on the job Jobs are primarily in the Hudson Valley and surrounding areas How to Apply Send a brief message telling us about your moving experience and why you'd be a good fit.
