Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic moving team as a Mover and be a vital part of helping clients transition smoothly to their new spaces! This energetic role involves physically assisting with the loading, unloading, and transportation of household or commercial items. You'll work in a fast-paced environment that values teamwork, safety, and excellent customer service. Responsibilities Safely load and unload items using appropriate lifting techniques and equipment such as dollies, pallet jacks, or forklifts when necessary Assist customers with packing, wrapping, and securing belongings for transport Operate commercial vehicles including box trucks and drivers' vehicles for route driving and deliveries Ensure all items are handled with care to prevent damage during loading, transit, and unloading Load and unload trucks efficiently while maintaining safety protocols for heavy lifting and manual handling Follow established routes accurately as a delivery driver or courier, ensuring timely delivery schedules Maintain cleanliness and organization of moving equipment, trucks, and storage areas Qualifications Prior experience in moving, warehouse work, or delivery driving is preferred but not required; training will be provided Demonstrated ability in customer service to assist clients professionally and courteously Experience operating box trucks or similar commercial vehicles with manual transmission is a plus Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks is advantageous Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively throughout the workday Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience with route driving or courier services is desirable Strong physical stamina to handle manual labor tasks involving repetitive lifting and moving tasks Join us in delivering exceptional service while staying active!
