About the position:
This position is responsible for evaluating used tires as are unloaded off our trucks and reclassifying them into 4 different categories to deem viability. This position is labor intensive and requires speed, attention to detail and stamina.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Load and Unload TRUCK tires from trailers. Determine the grade of a used tire. Separate the different graded tires and keep track of inventory. Other duties as assigned
Skills and Abilities:
Must be 18 years of age. Have excellent attention to detail and be able to inspect with accuracy and speed. Be DEPENDABLE and have reliable transportation. Have steel toe boots.
Background and Drug Screening:
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening. Basic data entry knowledge (fill out electronic form) Minimum 2-Years warehouse experience Able to lift up to 75 lbs at a time Forklift experience preferred.
Education and Experience:
Prior experience in the tire recycling or manufacturing industry is a plus. Liberty Tire Recycling is an equal opportunity employer.
