About Us:

We're a growing moving company known for providing top-tier service with a strong, hardworking team. We're currently looking for a reliable, experienced Crew Lead/Driver to join our crew. If you're motivated, know how to handle moves efficiently, and can lead a team, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a moving crew on residential and commercial moves Safely drive company moving trucks (up to [26 ft]) to and from job sites Load and unload furniture and boxes with care and efficiency Communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner Ensure timely completion of jobs and maintain a positive work environment Perform pre-trip and post-trip truck inspections

Requirements:

At least 1-2 years of experience in the moving industry Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL not required but a plus) Experience driving box trucks or similar commercial vehicles Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in physically demanding conditions
