Lead Mover / Crew Leader (Part-Time) Neighborhood Mover - Ocala, FL Neighborhood Mover is hiring an experienced Lead Mover to lead residential and commercial moving crews throughout Ocala, Gainesville, The Villages, and surrounding areas. Pay $20-$26 per hour Pay based on experience, leadership ability, and performance Schedule Part-Time 15-40 hours per week Hours vary based on booked moves Weekday and weekend availability preferred Responsibilities Lead moving crews on residential and commercial moves Safely load, unload, and transport customer belongings Train and supervise movers on proper moving techniques Complete inventories and communicate with customers professionally Protect furniture, walls, floors, and customer property Maintain a positive attitude under pressure Assist with truck organization and job-site efficiency Requirements Previous moving experience preferred Experience leading a crew is a plus Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly Reliable transportation Smartphone for communication and scheduling Professional appearance and customer service skills Ability to work outdoors in Florida heat Must be dependable and show up on time Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who can take charge of a job, keep the crew productive, solve problems on-site, and provide excellent customer service.
