Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and reliable Mover/Packer to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently packing, loading, and unloading items while ensuring the safety of yourself and others. Your positive attitude and attention to detail will help us deliver exceptional service to our clients. This is a paid position that offers valuable experience in residential annd commercial operations, moving, and delivery driving. Duties Safely load and unload items using manual handling techniques and material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts Pack items securely to prevent damage during transit, following safe lifting practices Drive box trucks or personal vehicles to transport goods between locations, adhering strictly to traffic regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) standards Assist with warehouse operations including organizing inventory, managing storage areas, and maintaining cleanliness Load and unload delivery trucks efficiently, ensuring proper weight distribution and secure placement of goods Use mobile devices to document deliveries, update route information, and communicate with team members Provide excellent customer service during deliveries by being professional, courteous, and responsive to client needs Skills Experience in commercial driving, including driving box trucks or commercial trucks with manual transmissions Delivery driver experience with a focus on route driving and adhering to traffic laws Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting, manual handling, and moving heavy objects safely Ability to operate mobile devices for route navigation, documentation, and communication Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude during all interactions Join us if you're ready to move forward in a role that combines physical activity with customer interaction!
