DRIVERER / HELPER FURNITURE DELIVERY

As a vital part of our logistics operation, you'll work closely with the warehouse team and customers to provide exceptional service while navigating route driving and heavy lifting tasks. Duties Safely operate box trucks and commercial vehicles with manual transmissions, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations Load, unload, and secure furniture items using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques Assist customers with furniture placement inside their homes or businesses, providing excellent customer service throughout the process Load and unload deliveries efficiently while ensuring items are protected from damage during transit Follow designated routes accurately, managing delivery schedules to meet customer expectations Communicate professionally with customers, team members, and dispatchers to coordinate deliveries and address any issues promptly Maintain cleanliness and safety of the vehicle, reporting any maintenance needs or safety concerns Experience Prior delivery driver experience, especially with furniture or large items preferred Warehouse experience involving heavy lifting, moving, or equipment operation such as forklifts or pallet jacks Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driving experience is a plus
