As a Part-Time Trailer Loader, you'll play a vital behind-the-scenes role, ensuring that every pound of donated clothing is packed efficiently and safely for resale and recycling.

You will thrive if you:

Enjoy working independent, hands-on work in a solo, physically active role that doesn't require customer interaction. Like flexible evening hours and short, consistent shifts (1-3 hours). Are detail-oriented and physically capable of organizing and lifting bags of clothing. Seek a simple, non-complex part-time job with flexible hours. Are comfortable driving a 16' box truck for varying distances.

You Need:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift and maneuver bags weighing 15-50 lbs. Strong attention to detail in organization and packing. Comfort climbing step stools/ladders to compress and strap product. Willingness to work primarily weekday evenings, with some weekend flexibility. Experience driving a 16' box truck (preferred). Ability to use a pallet jack and furniture dolly occasionally.

Your Typical Day:

Unload collected donations from the truck into our 53' trailer. Build stable product walls and pack product tightly to achieve trailer density goals. Maintain a clean and safe work area, sweeping as needed. Occasionally service Clothes Bin sites to remove large, bulky items. Document your progress by sending photos after each load. Join us and drive positive change in our community!
