Mover/Packer Twins and a Truck Inc. is hiring a dependable, hardworking Mover/Packer to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who has professional moving experience, takes pride in their work, shows up on time, and knows how to properly handle customers' belongings. This position involves loading, unloading, packing, wrapping, furniture assembly, and providing excellent customer service on residential and commercial moves. If you are reliable, physically capable, and enjoy working as part of a team, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Safely load and unload furniture, boxes, appliances, and other household or commercial items. Properly wrap and protect furniture using moving blankets, shrink wrap, and other moving materials. Pack customer belongings carefully and efficiently. Disassemble and reassemble furniture when needed. Use moving equipment such as dollies, hand trucks, straps, and ramps safely. Protect customers' homes, businesses, floors, walls, doors, and belongings from damage. Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers throughout each move. Assist with completing required paperwork, signatures, waivers, and job documentation. Keep trucks, equipment, and work areas clean and organized. Follow company safety procedures and instructions from crew leaders and management. Assist with pre-trip and post-trip truck inspections when assigned to a driving position. Qualifications 2-3 years of professional moving experience preferred. Must be reliable, punctual, and ready to work when scheduled. Ability to safely lift and move heavy furniture and equipment throughout the workday. Strong attention to detail when handling customers' belongings. Ability to work effectively as part of a moving crew. Professional attitude and good customer service skills. Comfortable working flexible hours based on the moving schedule. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record preferred for employees interested in becoming company drivers. Box truck driving experience is a plus.
