WHAT THE JOB ACTUALLY IS
This is a physically demanding job. You'll be moving heavy items up stairs, down stairs, in and out of storage, every single day. But here's the thing: you'll also be in front of customers every day. Our crews are the face of Little Guys, and how you show up, your attitude, your communication, your professionalism, is just as important as your ability to carry a heavy box. If you take pride in doing right by people, you'll fit right in. Most days start at 7:15 am. You're done when the job is done. We aim for 6 pm, but some days run shorter, some longer. Full-day availability is required. 5.
