Moving Technician (Crew Member)

About Us We are a fast-growing labor-only moving company serving Nashville and surrounding areas. We provide professional moving labor to customers who rent their own trucks or storage containers. Position Overview As a Moving Technician, you will: Assist with loading and unloading furniture and household goods Work as part of a 2-3 person crew under a supervisor Follow direction to maintain job speed and efficiency Handle items carefully to prevent damage Maintain professionalism with customers on site Keep work areas clean and organized This is a hands-on, physical role . You are expected to move quickly, stay engaged, and support your crew at all times. What We're Looking For ✔ Prior moving, warehouse, or heavy labor experience preferred (not required) ✔ Strong work ethic and willingness to learn ✔ Ability to follow direction and work as part of a team ✔ Positive attitude and coachable mindset ✔ Reliable transportation ✔ Smartphone for job communication ✔ Physically able to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly What Sets You Apart You move with urgency and don't need to be told what to do You stay off your phone and focused on the job You support your team and keep a positive attitude You take pride in doing things the right way You show up early and ready to work Compensation $18-$24.50 per hour (based on experience) $10-$20 per job performance bonus if: On time No damage Positive customer experience Growth path into Crew Lead / Supervisor Top techs can earn consistent weekly hours and fast-track into leadership roles. Techs are eligible for performance bonuses after a 30 day probationary period. Schedule 2-5 days per week Weekends required Flexible scheduling based on bookings More hours available for top performers
