Safely and efficiently assist with loading, unloading, and staging furniture items to and from client vehicles or to the storage area while avoiding damage. Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, team members, and vendors to coordinate moving schedules and address any concerns. Negotiate with potential clients to encourage furniture consignments, demonstrating persuasive sales techniques. Advocate for safety by following proper lifting techniques, using safety PPE, and committing to a hazard-free working environment by participating in our Health and Safety Program. Constant improvement of store appearance, including rearrangement of furniture, clearing of aisles, placement of art, cleaning, removing trash, placement of rails. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients feel valued and satisfied throughout the moving process. Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor, even under stressful situations, to foster a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
Requirements Skills and Qualifications:
