Role:
We are establishing a vetted pool of professional, on-demand Movers and Drivers to support our operations. This position does not offer guaranteed or full-time hours. Instead, it operates on a transparent, project-based model designed to fit around your existing schedule.How It Works:
1Job Notifications:
When we secure a moving contract, the job details (date, time, location, and estimated hours) are broadcasted to our approved candidate pool via text. 2Schedule Selection:
You review the available jobs and actively choose which shifts you want to add to your personal schedule. 3Commitment:
There is no minimum weekly hourly commitment required. However, once you accept and are scheduled for a project, complete reliability and attendance are strictly required.Open Positions & Key Responsibilities:
1. Professional Mover- Safely pack, wrap, load, and unload furniture, household goods, or commercial equipment.
- Navigate heavy items through stairs, tight hallways, and doorways without causing damage to property or items.
- Collaborate efficiently with the crew chief and team members on-site. 2. Box Truck Driver & Mover
- Safely operate and maneuver 16ft to 26ft commercial box trucks.
- Conduct pre
- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Actively participate in the physical loading and unloading alongside the moving crew.
Mandatory Qualifications & Screening Requirements:
To maintain our high service standards and corporate insurance compliance, all candidates must meet the following criteria. Please note that all references and records will be strictly verified prior to onboarding.Verified Experience:
Proven experience in professional moving, logistics, or heavy physical labor is required.Physical Capabilities:
Must be able to repetitively lift, push, pull, and carry 75+ lbs throughout a shift.Background Screening:
Must pass a comprehensive criminal background check (clean record with no history of felonies or theft). Driver Requirements (Drivers Only): Must possess a valid Driver's License and pass a comprehensive Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) history check.Communication:
Must own a reliable smartphone to receive real-time job dispatches and have dependable transportation to our dispatch yard or job sites.What We Offer:
