Available Help for . Full time Lot Hand needed. Experience preferred, but not required, willing to train. Duties will include but not limited to: lot maintenance including washing and moving trailers (cargo, truck bed, dump, gooseneck, roll off, car haulers) taking pictures of trailers for marketing. Previous forklift experience required. Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds. Must be able to bend, stoop, and stand for long periods of time. Must be able to work outdoors. Hours will be M-F 8-5 and Saturday 9-2, must be willing to work weekends. Must have reliable transportation. Must have good communication skills including being able to take directions from supervisors and listening to customers and management staff. Room for advancement within the company,
