RESPONSIBILITIES

Load and unload furniture and household items Help move items weighing 50-100+ lbs with the team Communicate professionally with customers Protect homes and belongings Keep jobs safe, efficient, and on schedule Help train and hold team members accountable

REQUIREMENTS

Strong leadership and customer service skills Able to perform physically demanding moving work Dependable, punctual, and professional Reliable transportation Moving or box truck experience preferred Must pass a nationwide criminal background check Drug screening may be required

PAY & GROWTH

$17-$22/hour based on experience All team members are W-2 employees This position starts part-time with the opportunity to grow into a full-time leadership role .
