Mover/Packer

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and energetic Mover/Packer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently packing, loading, and unloading items for residential and commercial moves. Responsibilities Safely load and unload furniture, boxes, and equipment using proper lifting techniques and equipment such as dollies, pallet jacks, or forklifts when necessary Pack items securely to prevent damage during transit, including wrapping fragile items and organizing belongings efficiently Assist with disassembly and reassembly of furniture as needed for safe transport Drive box trucks or commercial vehicles with manual or automatic transmissions to various locations following designated routes Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including packing supplies and moving equipment Communicate effectively with team members and customers to coordinate move schedules and address any concerns Load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols for heavy lifting and proper handling of goods Qualifications Prior experience in warehouse operations, moving services, or delivery driving is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and consistently throughout the shift Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating box trucks or commercial vehicles is a plus Familiarity with route driving, load & unload procedures, and delivery driver responsibilities Knowledge of equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks is advantageous Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude toward clients and team members Ability to follow safety guidelines diligently during all aspects of the job Join our team today and help us make every move seamless!
