We're looking for dependable independent contractors to assist with UTSA Freshman Move-In Weekend . Help incoming students and their families move into the residence halls while earning $20/hour , with payment at the end of each day worked .

Must be available to work all five days What You'll Be Doing As part of the move-in crew, you'll assist students and their families by: Unloading belongings from personal vehicles and U-Hauls Carrying furniture, boxes, and other household items into residence halls Walking items to student dorm rooms Working with a crew to keep move-in running smoothly Providing friendly, professional service throughout the event This is a fast-paced, physically active opportunity that helps create a great first impression for new UTSA students. Requirements Must be at least 18 years old Able to pass a criminal background check Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Able to safely lift and carry 75+ lbs throughout the day Comfortable walking multiple flights of stairs (residence halls are four stories with no elevators) Able to perform physical work throughout the day Positive attitude and strong work ethic Professional and respectful when interacting with students, parents, and university staff Strong communication skills Previous moving experience is preferred but not required
