Job Description
Mover and Installation Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, tear down, and reconfigure meeting rooms, conference spaces, and event venues.
- Install and arrange tables, chairs, stages, signage, and audio/visual equipment.
- Support special events, training sessions, and company functions.
- Maintain event equipment, supplies, and storage areas.
- Perform office and workspace moves for employees, contractors, and departments.
- Assemble, disassemble, relocate, and install office furniture and equipment.
- Move computers, monitors, phones, file cabinets, and related workplace assets.
- Assist with furniture inventories and workspace audits.
- Assist with deliveries, pickups, and vendor activities associated with moves and events.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
- Provide project status updates and complete assigned work within established timelines.
