Job Description

A Mover/Packer is a physical and hands on role. Responsible for preparing, loading, transporting, packing & unpacking household or commercial belongings. The goal is to ensure all items are securely wrapped or packed and accounted for without damage.
Core Responsibilities Packing:
Wrap and box items (china, electronics, artwork) securely using specialized materials like bubble wrap and Newsprint paper.
Loading & Unloading:
Carry heavy boxes and unload at the destination. Return unused materials to packing truck.
Inventory Tracking:
Label all boxes clearly so items aren't lost.
Customer Service:
Interact with clients professionally, respecting their property and turning questions and concerns to team lead. Dress appropriately in uniform and closed toed shoes.
Physical Stamina:
Ability to lift up to 50-70 pounds, stand for extended periods, and navigate stairs while carrying items.
Time Management:
Arrive at warehouse on time and ready to go. Create a pace to finish job.
Typical Working Conditions Environment:
Physically demanding, working outdoors in various weather conditions and inside both residential and commercial spaces.
Schedule:
Often involves early mornings, long hours, and occasional weekends.
Pay:
From $165.00 per day
