Position Overview This position is for a Professional Mover / Driver — a working crew member first, and a qualified driver where licensing and driving record allow. All team members load, unload, wrap, protect, and execute moves. Those with a valid license also operate company box trucks as required. This is a physical, fast-paced role, and we want it to be. Former athletes, lifters, CrossFitters, guys who never stopped training after the season or after the uniform came off — this is where that energy goes to work. We do not hire "helpers." We hire professionals who take ownership of the outcome, and we hold the whole team to that standard — not just on paper, but in the numbers we track every week. Responsibilities Load, unload, wrap, and protect customer property properly Work as part of a disciplined crew under a Team Lead Safely operate 16-26 ft box trucks when assigned Conduct basic vehicle inspections before and after dispatch Maintain truck cleanliness and equipment accountability Communicate professionally with clients Follow safety standards and on-site command structure Follow DOT and FMCSA guidelines for operation when applicable Every crew member is expected to move with urgency while maintaining control and care. Requirements Valid driver's license (required) Ability to pass background check and drug screening (required) Ability to individually lift and carry a minimum of 75 pounds; team carries regularly exceed that Strong work ethic and team mindset — we're looking for raw drive over polished resumes Ability to remain composed and professional under stress No moving or logistics experience required — we train every crew member from the ground up on our standards, our systems, and our mission CDL is not required.
