What You'll Do As a Mover/Packer, you'll be on the front lines of every job — loading and unloading trucks, packing customers' belongings safely, and making sure every move goes smoothly from start to finish. Load, transport, and unload household and commercial goods safely and efficiently Pack and wrap furniture, electronics, and fragile items using professional packing techniques Operate moving equipment including dollies, straps, and furniture pads Assist with disassembly and reassembly of furniture as needed Maintain a clean, organized truck and work environment Provide friendly, professional service to customers throughout the moving process Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures What We're Looking For Ability to lift and carry 50-75+ lbs repeatedly throughout the workday Strong work ethic and a positive, team-first attitude Reliable transportation and punctuality Valid driver's license (preferred; Enhanced ID and/or Federal ID (ie: Passport, TWIC, etc. a plus but not required) Ability to pass a background check Previous moving, warehouse, or labor experience is a plus — not required Customer-friendly demeanor — you'll be in customers' homes and offices Why AllWest?
