In this energetic role, you will be responsible for efficiently packing, loading, and unloading items with precision and care. Your efforts will ensure smooth transitions for clients moving to new locations or receiving deliveries, all while maintaining a focus on safety and quality. This position offers an engaging environment where your physical skills and customer service mindset will shine, helping us exceed expectations every day. Responsibilities Safely load and unload furniture, boxes, and other items using proper lifting techniques and equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks when necessary Pack items securely to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all belongings are handled with care Assist with moving clients' possessions into or out of trucks, including box trucks or other commercial vehicles Use manual tools like pallet jacks and forklifts to load and organize cargo efficiently in warehouse or truck environments Load and unload shipments at warehouses or customer locations, ensuring accuracy and completeness of deliveries Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients during pickups and drop-offs, addressing any questions or concerns promptly Qualifications Previous experience in warehouse work, moving services Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy items repeatedly and perform manual labor safely Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor Prior experience in heavy lifting, moving, courier services, or warehouse environments will help you succeed in this role Join us to be part of a fast-paced team that values hard work, safety, and delivering outstanding service.
