Job Description
Physical Requirements Must be able to crawl, climb, bend, squat, kneal, push and pull. Will work/walk on uneven surfaces and must be comfortable working in hot, cold, and closed environments. Must be able to lift and transfer a minimum of 75 pounds on a regular basis Minimum Qualifications H.S Diploma or Equivalent preferred Ability to follow directions verbal or written Effective problem solver Good people skills Knowledge and ability to use hand /power tools Valid driver's license with the possibility of driving a company vehicle on occasion Job Duties Safely handle and deliver household appliances, maintaining a low percentage of merchandise and property damage Install and hookup household appliances per company policy, abiding by all state and local code requirements Maintain safety standards Unload appliances from trucks Unpack appliances Maintain general housekeeping in warehouse Work to ensure a positive experience for all customers Facilitate timely and efficient deliveries Address customer concerns in a timely and professional manner in keeping with the mission and values of Spichers Work with all employees to ensure the customer has a great experience working with
