Job Description

Job Description Flexjet is seeking an experienced Instructor Pilot to join our team in Orlando, FL. The ideal candidate will have a passion for aviation and a commitment to excellence in training and safety.
Responsibilities:
Conduct flight training for pilots in accordance with company policies and procedures. Evaluate pilot performance and provide constructive feedback. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company standards. Develop and maintain training materials and programs. Participate in safety meetings and contribute to safety initiatives. Assist in the development of training schedules and curriculum. Provide mentorship and support to new pilots. Conduct simulator training sessions as required. Maintain accurate training records and documentation. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in flight training.
Requirements:
Valid ATP certificate. Minimum of 3000 flight hours, with at least 1000 hours as Pilot-in-Command. Previous experience as a flight instructor preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to travel as needed.
