Your Responsibilities Provide flight instruction to students in accordance with FAA regulations and company policies. Develop and implement training programs and curricula. Conduct flight evaluations and assessments. Ensure safety and compliance in all training operations. Mentor and support other flight instructors. Maintain accurate training records and documentation. Participate in safety meetings and training sessions. Continuously improve instructional techniques and training materials. What We Are Looking For Must hold a valid FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate. Minimum of 1500 hours total flight time. Minimum of 500 hours of flight instruction given. Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate. Experience in flight training and instructional techniques. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
